30-Day Return and Refund Policy
At LetsBeePositive.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you have questions or concerns, please use this web page to contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If your concerns cannot be resolved, please contact us again and begin your message with the words Return Request. Please specify your name, the date of purchase, and the item or items to be returned. We will send you a Return Merchandise Acceptance (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise, we will provide a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. We can refund the purchase price and tax you paid, but we cannot refund shipping costs.
Please note that returned merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot replace items broken or damaged after opening the shipping package.
